What is the return policy?

What is the shipping policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be eligible for return.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to improper care or normal wear and tear

🔁 Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Revivasport is not responsible for lost return shipments.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
